🔹 Objective

  • Support agriculture graduates and entrepreneurs in starting clinics & agribusiness units.
  • Provide farmers with agricultural advice and services.

🔹 Eligibility

  • Graduates or diploma holders in agriculture or allied fields.
  • Individual entrepreneurs or groups (up to 5 members).

🔹 Key Loan Features

  • Loan Limit:
    • Individual – Up to ₹20 lakh
    • Group (5 members) – Up to ₹100 lakh
  • Subsidy:
    • General Category – 36%
    • SC/ST/Women/North-East – 44%
  • Training: Mandatory 45-day training from NABARD-recognized institutions.

🔹 Purpose of Loan

  • 🌱 Agriculture Clinics (scientific advisory services to farmers).
  • 🏢 Agribusiness Centres (equipment, input supply, processing units, services).
  • 🌾 Seed, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment rental services.
  • 🐄 Services related to animal husbandry, dairy, and fisheries.
