🌾 Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF Loan)

The Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) provides low-interest loans to farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, startups, and agri-entrepreneurs for building modern agriculture infrastructure and strengthening India’s agri value chain.

🔹 Objective

Provide affordable loans for creating agri-infrastructure.
Improve storage, processing, and marketing of agricultural produce.

🔹 Eligibility

Farmers
Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
PACS & Cooperative Societies
Startups
Agri-Tech Companies
Agri-related Entrepreneurs

🔹 Key Features

Loan Amount: Up to ₹2 Crore per project (higher for multiple projects)
Interest Subsidy: Up to 3% discount (for loans up to ₹2 Crore)
Guarantee: CGTMSE cover available
Tenure: 7 – 9 years
Moratorium: Up to 2 years (interest-only, EMIs later)
