  • 2023 Policy: 35% capital subsidy (₹5cr), 25% expansion subsidy, 35% cold chain subsidy, 50% marketing support, land incentives.
  • 2022 Policy: 35% capital grant, solar subsidies, mandi & stamp duty relief.
  • Investments: ₹4000+ crore attracted, ₹85 crore grants to 70 units.
  • Bakery Capital of India: Plan for modern clusters & ease of doing business.
